Alchemy - The process of transforming one thing into another, often with a magical or spiritual intention.
Sekhmet- Powerful Egyptian Goddess. Daughter of the Sun God Ra. Goddess of healing and medicine. Warrior Goddess, protector of the cosmic balance and order.
Alckhmet's Treasures is a Treausre chest of healing. Sharing home remedies, transformative herbal knowledge, The power of movement and the knowing of self. Reminding like minded souls of the power and strength we all hold when the right intentions are set, and realignments are made.

Here's my story
Hello there, My name is Briauna, I often introduce myself as a 'Baby Teacher" receiving my 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Certification back in September of 2024. I taught my first class that next November and have been teaching none stop ever since. I absolutely love guiding individual through their yoga practices. Ive grown to learn I really enjoy introducing those into a yoga practice of their own as well. I've practiced yoga for over 10 years. Yoga has been a solid foundation throughout my life's journey. As I moved throughout the country, searching for yoga classes was always on my things to do list when I got settled into a new location. Having a dream of becoming a yoga teacher I set my eyes on that intention and made it happen. My intentions are to created an environment that understands how vulnerable yoga is and how SPECIAL the moment is when you touch your yoga mat.
I love being out in nature. taking a break and laying in the grass while enjoying moments of just being and on the other swing of the pendulum I require to dance and express myself boldly. I love to travel and experience NEW.
